When you think back on our time together, what stands out to you most about your experience?
I felt so much clearer after our time together. You were really able to hold space for me in such a way that I felt safe to explore some buried and hidden areas of my internal world. Bringing these areas to light was hard but also healing and having you as a guide made this possible for me.
What shifted for you, internally or in your life, as a result of our work together?
There were things in my life that I thought I had realized, processed and overcame but you helped me peel back more layers and realize that healing and growth is a continual process. It’s a journey and holding myself in compassion through this journey is probably the biggest shift that happened for me. So thank you 🙂
If you were describing the way I work to someone you care about, what would you say feels most unique or meaningful about it?
Your ability to hold space for others makes it a place where healing can happen. You have a gentle yet effective approach. You’re compassionate and empowering and overall just a wonderful, radiant being of light. I really enjoy our time together.
When you think back on our time together, what stands out to you most about your experience?
The comfort of me feeling like it is okay to talk about things I normally wouldn’t. A sense of safety that ultimately led me to have the courage to unearth memories and feelings I have kept hidden my entire life.
What shifted for you, internally or in your life, as a result of our work together?
I have noticed an internal shift in the ways I now have the courage to sit with and process my own feelings and emotions. Prior to working with you I would avoid big, confronting waves of emotions. As a result of our sessions I now possess an internal sense of safety, comfort, and ease with which I am able to witness and hold the fluctuations of my own experience. Ultimately, working with you made me feel that it is ok to feel the way I feel. I now have the ability to see myself and my experiences through a lense of compassion that is validating and empathizing rather than faulty or wrong.

Working with you made me feel safe to be open because I knew I wouldn’t be judged. At the same time you provided such open and honest constructive feedback that allowed me to cultivate the necessary awareness that leads to true growth and transformation.
I was lucky enough to get to speak to have this conversation with him in person, face to face, rather than through technology via zoom or written form. After he answered the three questions he continued to dive deeper into explaining what it was like to work with me. “It was almost as though we were in a portal.” He said…. I laughed and mentioned my training and background in shamanic journeying and howI would struggle to put this into words. That perhaps all of my experiences come forth in the container I hold for others. He said “It was like you were right back there with me, fully present and empathizing.” One of the memories he shared with me came from a very small part of him that was young and hiding in a closet. He said “you were in that box, in that closet with me.” I myself felt that to be true. He said “For the first time I wasn’t alone, there.
When you think back on our time together, what stands out to you most about your experience?
The joy you have around this service you are offering. You seem to really enjoy it. The blend of working in my body and also talking through some things for part of the time also. I felt seen and loved during the sessions.
What shifted for you, internally or in your life, as a result of our work together?
I’ve noticed myself becoming more self-assured over the past couple of months. More steady. I felt validated by working with you. I would totally work with you regularly, but had already invested money in a retreat this May that has many similar elements to your process. I may return to you later this year or next.

It’s a special process in my mind. I have done a lot of therapy and it really took the best parts and knit them together into one session. It’s a wonderful hybrid of various methods. Going into the body to explore a triggering event and then unwinding some of what comes up through that process. Your process feels somatic and also simple – just focusing on one thing and really unraveling it during the session instead of trying to tackle too many things in a session. Going to the body for that one event and working with that ripples into other areas.
